It’s Christmas at Hogwarts, which means one thing: absolute magical chaos. In this festive sketch comedy special, the wizarding world’s most beloved and bizarre characters, Tama Alexander and Craig Westenberg, return for a holiday season filled with enchanted mishaps and questionable spells.

For three shows only, Craig and Tama return to the Dunedin Fringe Festival after a sold-out 2025 season. Consider this your acceptance letter to A Hogwarts Christmas, a poorly timed (but well-intentioned) Christmas show.

Craig Westenberg has extensively toured the North Island and has performed at the New Zealand and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals. Described as being "clever, confident, and witty", Craig has been making his mark in the Auckland comedy scene and beyond. He is a frequent performer at The Classic Comedy Club in Auckland and has appeared on Taskmaster New Zealand as the assistant to the Taskmaster’s assistant. Craig has been a contributing writer to 7Days and Paddy Gower Has Issues.

Tama Alexander has spent the last few years working professionally in the comedy industry, travelling the country and performing at numerous venues and clubs. He's sold out solo shows around the country and done some television writing on the side. Tama’s comedy has been described as "different than most in the New Zealand scene" for his unique use of music and his elaborate stories told on stage.
