“Winning in life isn’t about the size of your balls. It’s about how you spin them.” – Albert Einstein*

Wouter Moerloose presents his debut stand-up hour about the triumph of attitude over accolades.

This Belgian raconteur spins sharp, self-aware stories from his chaotic journey towards the only thing he never knew he wanted: to make you laugh!

Expect crying on planes, poorly chosen hobbies, and an unhealthy obsession with celebrities’ wealth – featuring (without their consent) an AK47-hoarding grandfather, Latvia’s worst kidnapper, and some surprisingly horny sea mammals.

PING PONG BALLER: the nearly-award winning show where almost does count!

Wouter’s accolades (just in case):
Canterbury Finalist / Auckland Semi-Finalist – Raw Comedy Quest 2025
Winner, Goodest Newcomer + Nominee, People’s Choice – Good Times Comedy Club 2025
Nominee, Best Newcomer South Island – NZ Comedy Guild Awards 2025

With support from Tama Alexander, a Dunedin original, and a fixture of the New Zealand comedy scene for the past few years. He’s received the South Island Breakout Act 2026 NZ Comedy Guild Awards, and Best Comedian @ the Good Times Comedy Club Awards 2024 and 2025.
