Dance is good for the body, mind, and soul, so let's dance for the love of it.

Come dance with me. Dance is good for the body, mind, and soul, so let's dance for the love of it and, like, who cares, cos no one's even watching.

Come meet me in the Octagon at 2pm or 8pm, or why not both? It's free and it's going to be epic!! And when I say epic, I mean it's just a speaker and me, and hopefully you will come and dance with me for an hour. It's going to be 80s-inspired, so if you want to dress up, please do (I will if you do).

Let's just have fun, have a laugh and let off some steam, energy, grief, joy, whatever you feel like on the day.
