He pō ngahau kei te haere!

In a singer-songwriter fashion, Alex and Zac will play their way through a set list of improvised songs with suggestions from the audience. The show will flow through different genres and themes, drifting through different music and language. Ka waiatatia ētahi o ngā waiata i roto i te reo Māori, ētahi i te reo Pākehā. Ngahau Tene strays away from a traditional theatrical improvised show and hones in on the song; a blend of gig and show. However, it stays true to form by creating all the content on the spot, on the night.

Following the improvised section of the show, a different Dunedin band will play on each of the nights.

Whether you are there for the music, the theatrics or the laughter; nau mai haere mai ki tēnei pō Ngahau Tene!

Nō Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Te Arawa, Kotirana a Alex, Nō Ahitereiria a Zac, e noho ana rāua ki Ōtepoti hei kāinga. He kaipūoro rāua, he kaiwhakaari, he kaiwhakangahau hoki.
