From the ashes of a 25 year non-illustrious Rock n Roll career comes the unwashed, semi toothed and slightly uncouth Piratical 'Cheese' Captain Festus McBoyle.

Armed with just his cheeky humour and the sharpened hooks of his songs, the Captain is joined onstage by Miss Lucy Drawers and Ebenezer Strong and together they are more fun than a squirrel up ya jumper!

Regularly compared to Monty Python and Spike Milligan, this Vaudeville Musical Comedy Troupe playfully target unsuspecting families with utmost precision. They'll whisk you away on a first class voyage to sample their weird and wonderful world in all its glory, transcending both age and culture with ease.

Multi award-winning family entertainer Captain Festus McBoyle promises a family comedy theatre experience you will never forget. Dynamic, interactive and completely bonkers; filled to the brim with well-crafted comedy songs, awe-inspiring tales of the sea and plenty of the usual cheek; we've come to expect from this one of a kind 'Punk Rock' Pirate.

This family show simply should not be missed!

"This lot are in my opinion the best live family act in New Zealand. Vaudevillian, music hall/Pantomime-esque and side splittingly funny. They are simply amazing with children!" - Marchell J.T Linzey, Childspace magazine writer and producer of Space Station Kiwi Family Radio Show, NZ

"I’ve got to know most of the Kindie artists from all over the world and McBoyle stands out as one of the most original and authentic family artists worldwide. Top class in both quality and wit. Every album is a stand-alone gem and belongs in every kids treasure chest!" - Sam Smiler, Kindie Radio DJ, Switzerland
