If you've ever wanted to learn history, basic knowledge, and the beats of  the Cook Island drums, now is your chance to be fully immersed for four hours with our Turama Ite Ara drumline. You will get a chance to be up and close with the drums, learning their individual roles, and how they all communicate to create our symphony of drums.

You will also learn the beauty of our Cook Island dance by our dancers. They will take you through a 1.5 hour dance rehearsal with them.

This workshop is the first time we have opened it to the public, so let's take Dunedin Fringe Festival to the Cook Islands, right here at Burns Hall, First Church.

See you all there.
