The Pantybag Collective : Dunedin Fringe Festival

The Pantybag Collective

Walk Dunedin streets discovering 'panty bags' created by The Pantybag Collective filled with takeaway stickers and zines to amuse! Not suitable for the prudish. R15+

The Pantybag Collective began in 2018, from a group of 'creative' friends getting together on the weekends to catch up for craft-a-noon-teas. We shared our ideas and begun to collaborate using children's readers and old school boy and girl annuals to subvert stereotypes and make social commentry with our very unique sense of humour.

We use collage, paint and digital proccesses. Much of process is done through mailbox deliveries to each other, much like the Dadaist we embrace the radom opportunties and surpise.
