Creative Keys : Dunedin Fringe Festival

Creative Keys

Wood, keys, strings, pegs and other bits of piano recycled into wonders of art.

This piano has been dismantled entirely. But we have gathered up all the pieces to create something new. We have made piano keys into creative keys. Some artists have worked together. Others have worked alone. But they have all come together to deconstruct and reconstruct the old piano into new art. Come along and see the party of piano parts!

Artsenta is an art studio for people who use mental health and addiction services. We provide materials and equipment for a range of free creative activities including, painting, printmaking, music, creative writing, pottery, jewellery, glass art and crafts. Artsenta was founded on the belief that the arts, creativity and self-expression are an essential part of every person's emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, and that those in the mental health community should be given the opportunity to realise their creative potential. If you are 17 years old or over, and are seeing someone for a mental health or addiction issue, you are eligible to access Artsenta. See our website for more details.
