“Our personal politics are rooted in values and these values can be projected through wearable objects” In The Body Political, visual artist Lauren Kalman works with students from the Dunedin School of Art presenting work resulting from a two day masterclass investigating the history of wearable protests, objects of identity and craft as a political tool. Lauren Kalman has been brought to New Zealand by ‘HS Project’; the Dunedin event was made possible with the support of FRED STAUB OPEN ART. The Festival’s most mysterious pop-up performance space is back for a fourth year of full-frontal Fringe exposure, with surprise acts unveiled in the Fringe HQ window, 26 Princes St. Featuring eclectic performances and installations every day.
